Dave Seaton is Founder & Principal at Seaton CX, a customer experience consulting firm. Dave helps CX leaders accelerate their impact through voice of customer insights, customer journey mapping, and CX program strategy. He is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) and creator of the CX Influence Playbook.
Before founding Seaton CX in 2021, Dave spent 15 years at nThrive, a B2B SaaS company in healthcare. He held various leadership positions including Vice President of Customer Experience, Vice President of Client Support, and Vice President of Operational Excellence. He is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
