Lynn Hunsaker, CCXP, is Chief Customer Officer at ClearAction Continuum where she co-founded the Experience Value Exchange for marketing, CX, CS and EX roles to close the gap between what’s delivered vs. promised. Her Experience Leadership courses are for experts and the C-suite and board of directors. As a CXPA Recognized Training Provider, her online CCXP courses benefit people in 50+ countries. During 11 years at Applied Materials and 3 years at Sonoco, Lynn’s roles included Head of Global Quality, Customer Satisfaction Improvement Manager, Voice of the Customer, Strategic Information Manager, Manager Director of Marketing & Business Development, and Director of Marketing Communications. Lynn designed and taught 24 university courses at UC Berkeley and UC Santa Cruz Extensions, Mission College, and SJSU. She served on the Board of Directors for CXPA and for 5 years she led the world’s first global study of B2B CX practices.
