Rachael has over 17 years of CX experience in global hospitality, retail and restaurant industries. Rachael has helped organizations further their Customer Experience maturity, build and evolve their Voice of Customer programs, and launch and engrain Net Promoter System methodology. She is skilled at integrating the customer voice into business strategy. Prior to joining Medallia, Rachael built and led Hyatt Hotel’s global Voice of Customer program. Rachael has earned her BS in Psychology and MS in Tourism/Hospitality at Michigan State University. Rachael is both a Certified Customer Experienced Professional (CCXP) and a Medallia Customer Experienced Professional.
