Previously Megan spent 15 years at MassMutual Financial Group servicing B2B and B2C customers in the retirement space, the last five of which she was the program manager for the Workplace VOC program, powered by Medallia. Megan was instrumental in setting up and growing the program, contributing to the growth of NPS year over year as well as enabling high user engagement of the platform by internal associates.
