Wendy is a tenured Customer Experience veteran, having started and grown programs for multiple companies. Before joining Medallia, Wendy initiated and led CX efforts for ExxonMobil. She loves to assist with governance and communication strategy (especially in large, matrixed organizations), as well as pinpoint specific areas to improve an organization’s CX. She has over 20 years of experience in high-tech, oil and gas and healthcare, for companies such as Microsoft and ExxonMobil.
