She is managing member communications for loyalty programs across US in Shell owned channels to keep customers engaged with the brand. Her 16 years career at Shell spans over various roles ranging from Payment and Loyalty Manager, Global Marketing, and Business Development. She led customer-centric initiatives such as upgrading and digitalization of loyalty programs, award-winning segment discount card launch and structuring a powerful CRM Program.
