Darren Walker-Wallis is a Nevada based VP of Learning Delivery who has forged a career on Colleague Experience within the Financial Services sector. Originally from the United Kingdom, Darren found his passion for colleague development as a corporate trainer before moving in to Learning & Delivery Leadership, working as part of the first cross-functional Learning team created to support customers who were unhappy with certain insurance products. In 2015 he was asked to relocate to Nevada to stand up the Operational Learning Function for a Financial Services company expanding their US operations. Accredited as a CPLP Practitioner, Darren is committed to developing himself, attaining qualifications in MBTI, TAP, Articulate and NLP. He is passionate about helping colleagues advance themselves in order to achieve their career goals. This drive has developed to supporting other professionals which led Darren to becoming actively involved in Judging for a variety of Customer Experience. He has gone on to lead the Learning Delivery function across the entire US platform as well as strategic oversight of vendors around the globe.
