Senior Manager, Strategic Services
Jennie leads Strategic Services for North America at Airship. Her team of consultants help customers by running strategy sessions for campaign plans and KPIs, as well as managing campaign & reporting services. Jennie holds a certificate in Design Thinking from eCornell and a certificate in Customer Experience Innovation from Northwestern. She is passionate about CX research. Prior to joining Airship, Jennie led Solutions Architecture and Strategic Alliances at CrowdTwist (acquired by Oracle), and Customer Onboarding at Epsilon. Outside of work, Jennie is an active volunteer & Rotary member.
