Sam Hanna is a dynamic professional with 20 years of success in multinational BPO and CX leadership roles. His experience encompasses contact centers, BPO and RPO solutions. He’s a seasoned outsourcing veteran on the commercial side of the business with hands-on experience in worldwide BPO delivery markets, across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. Sam Hanna started his career at Xerox and was with IGT Solutions before being appointed as Raya CX CRO. Hanna holds an MBA from the University of Texas at El Paso.
